Return Policy

At corrugation machine spares we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom-made products, and intimate or sanitary goods. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at spares.nexxgen@gmail.com or call us at +91 99622 60352 with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Ship the Item(s): Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the RA number. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Shipping Label: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note the following:

  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
